FAQ

Where is your office located?

My office is remote, providing telehealth services online throughout California.

How long is a typical session?

A typical session is 50 minutes long.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, I accept a few insurance plans. You can check here.

If your insurance plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, I can provide a monthly superbill, which you can submit to your insurance provider. You may receive 0-100% reimbursement of your out-of-pocket costs.

I also accept cash or electronic payment like Zelle/PayPal/Venmo/credit card at my full rate per session (some discounts available). With the cash rate, we can work freely without insurance restrictions, like having to label you with a diagnosis.
