I’m Vee, a therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate their unique paths to healing and understanding.
My journey into the field of psychology and therapy began with my own experiences as an immigrant.
Although I was mostly raised in this country and feel very Americanized, I often felt different and misunderstood.
Black Sheep
Growing up in a bubble, I was the black sheep, often feeling lonely and out of place.
This sense of not belonging sparked a deep curiosity about human behavior and the complexities of the mind.
I sought to understand the jumble of thoughts and emotions within myself. Through my studies in psychology, I found healing, understanding, and a sense of calm.
This transformative experience fueled my passion for helping others.
Balance
In my practice, I strive to connect with each person on a deep and genuine level.
I believe that every individual’s story is unique and deserves to be heard and understood.
My holistic approach to therapy means that I consider the mind, body, and spirit, ensuring that we address all aspects of your well-being.

My Passions
Outside of my work, I find joy in staying active and dancing.
For me, dance is a powerful way to shake off the trauma and stress that life brings.
I also have a deep love for animals, and spending time with my cat, Luna (pictured), brings me immense happiness/peace/joy.
